1. Raw Material Cutting
Carefully selected iron and rattan materials are precisely cut according to design dimensions to form the clock frame skeleton.
2. Main Frame Spot Welding
Pre-processed iron strips are positioned using molds and precisely spot-welded to form a stable main frame structure.
3. Dial Fine Polishing
The dial base is fixed in specialized molds and undergoes multiple polishing stages to remove burrs and ensure perfect flatness.
4. Surface Powder Coating
The frame is fully polished and de-rusted, then undergoes high-temperature electrostatic powder coating for durability and color.
5. Luxury Accessory Assembly
Decorative elements like peacock ornaments and rhinestones are carefully arranged and securely fixed to the clock frame.
6. Movement Installation
Quality-tested, stable movements are precisely embedded into the frame and calibrated for accurate timekeeping.
